Here at Melted Artworkx, we create beautiful, quality, original pieces of artwork, as well as prints/wearables/merch that can fit just about every size, style and color. We work with our clients to ensure the most professional and positive experience possible when shopping from our website, during online or in-person consultations, and at art events where our artworkx are sold.

When shipping original pieces, all clients receive:

*Carefully, handwrapped artworkx with layers of quality bubble wrap and butchers paper in a sturdy shipping box.

*Personalized handwritten thank you note from the artist!

*Handwritten signature, date, and name of the artwork on the back of each canvas.

*Upon request, a picture or video of the artwork before and after being packaged to ensure no damage was created prior to shipping.

Unfortunately, we can NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for original artwork pieces since we can't replicate or replace the item. A damage claim can be submitted to USPS should the piece arrive to you in a damaged state, or you can add insurance to the shipping costs.

If buying any of our prints, wearables, or merch of our original pieces from our Etsy website, refunds and replacements can be administered if damaged. Please reach out to us to file a claim with pictures and an explaination per Etsy store policies.
